Contact Trade Ltd. is a private company that was established in 1993 following the privatization of GYGV - Factory and Machine Engineering Ltd.
The enterprise was founded by the best professionals of GYGV in order to provide high quality industrial services. The founders brought the experience and knowledge of decades that had been gained in industrial installation and maintenance projects successfully implemented at home and abroad. The operating areas of the Company include the production and maintenance of various equipment and structures for nuclear power plant application, for the oil industry and for the chemical industry.Our intention is to utilize the latest technology in order to satisfy our customers' needs.
Our company decided to modernize the technology and production of condensers manufactured for power plant application. The condenser manufacturing and assembling process had been provided by subcontractors that made it difficult to keep the contracted deadline and even the cost-effectiveness was on a low level. However, due to the growing market demand and the increased number of quotation requests of the recent months (i.e. Paks II. and Siemens projects) our business policy and our strategic plan had been reviewed. It was also concluded that our condenser-manufacturing activity and our condenser products undoubtedly have serious market potential if we modernize our production facilities, we exploit our manufacturing experiences and we introduce new products and high technology. The planned development required the purchasing of a CNC drilling and milling station, as well as the redesign and the reorganization of the production process. During the process planning our intention was to take the production into our own hands and to manufacture with our own machinery.
Our application included one equipment a New, high torque and high precision CNC metal plate drilling station", in the net value of HUF141 million. Prior to the commissioning of the new equipment, a levelled, vibration-damping machine base had to be prepared and the existing precast concrete had to be covered by oil-resistant coating. The side walls had also been covered with easy-to-clean, oil resistant layer. These latter investments were executed by the implementation of our own resources.
Within the framework of the project, a new production hall will be built on 2268.5 square meters, a 50kW solar system will be purchased, thereby increasing the company's energy efficiency and environmental awareness. In addition, two 20-ton bridge cranes will be purchased in order to optimize production processes.
An IPAR 4.0 software, and for its operation, the required IPAR 4.0 terminals will be purchased. These computers will collect data and make those processable for the IPAR 4.0 software through the database server.
The introduction of the system will establish the technological background and may strengthen the supplier position of the company.
The project includes organizational development consultancy as well in order to optimize the production processes, thus increasing the company's competencies.
In addition, the project allows Trade KontaktKft. to get stronger in the field of data communication and data security by using the related data protection and security consultation.
Within the framework of the project, market research consultancy will be implemented to optimize supplier activity.
The Trade Contact Ltd. was founded in 1993. Our core activity is the installation of industrial equipment and pipelines including power plants. The growing demand, the continuous increase of labour supply shortages and the quality of our services made it necessary to adapt our assets to the recent technological requirements, therefore, we sourced new welding machines. The equipment was sourced within the framework of the European Union tender GINOP-2.1.8-17-2017-00511, which resulted in the purchase of 4 pieces of OERLIKON CITOPULS III 520 welding machines, 2 pieces of ORBIMAT 300CA COMPACT welding power supplies, as well as 2 ORBIMAT P16 welding heads for the welding of pipe ends. The total purchase cost of the assets was HUF 38,862,760, of which the European Union and the Hungarian State subsidy amounted to HUF 14,708,218.
The aim of the project is to satisfy the growing number of orders received from Paks Nuclear Power Plant and from other industrial customers, in terms of quality, quantity and lead time, and to create the conditions for export growth.
The technical parameters of the acquired devices:
ORBIMAT 300CA COMPACT: It is a computer-controlled power source with a control range of 3 - 300 A. The power-on time is 100% at 200 A, 60% at 300 A, the connection voltage is 3x400 VAC +/- 15%. Its automatic programming operates with the input of the material, the pipe diameter, the wall thickness and the welding gas. It is supplied with graphically supported menu design; Hungarian programming language; programmable gas quantity; cold wire control; built-in cooling unit, printer, colour screen, multi-card reader, memory card reader and USD connection; manual programming, with an option to program up to 99 sectors; with AC frequency setting, with a capacity to store over 5000 welding programs, with keyboard and printer connectivity and with a total weight of 26 kg.
ORBIMAT P16 tube-to-tube-sheet orbital weld head: with integrated 8 - 78 mm wire feed, with a cable drum moving in coordination with the TIG burner, with intensive water cooling, its TIG burner is steplessly adjustable up to 30 degrees , 3 point mounting, 7.5 meter hose package, its total weight is 17.5 kg.
OERLIKON CITOPULSE III 520: 400 V power supply, 25A primary consumption, 15 - 500 A secondary current range, the power-on time on is 60% on 500 A and it is 100% on 450 A, energy saving operation, simple interface; the menu and the operating instructions are in Hungarian; 117 synergistic settings, 99 program positions, remote control, the use of two feeders for a power source, soldering (MIG BRAZING); the range of air cooled IC cable dimensions is 3 - 40 m, of water cooled IC cable sizes is 3 - 25 m.
